Since most of our products are large and bulky items, delivery may take longer than standard parcel shipments.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before being scheduled for shipment or delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Delivery Services

Depending on the item and location, deliveries may be made via freight carriers, white glove delivery services, or curbside drop-off.

Shipping Costs

We currently ship within the United States. Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery availability or require additional fees.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for large furniture items.
Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice damage or missing parts, notify us immediately and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

Claims for damages or missing items must be reported to Genesis Furniture within 48 hours of delivery.
Delays

While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions may extend delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Genesis Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following policy applies:
Return Period

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned Items

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund (less shipping costs) may be issued.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
