Genesis Furniture Shipping, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Genesis Furniture, we are committed to providing our customers with a reliable and transparent shopping experience. Please review the following policies regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer shipping based on the method selected by the customer at checkout.

  • Since most of our products are large and bulky items, delivery may take longer than standard parcel shipments.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout; however, these are only estimates and may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier availability.

Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before being scheduled for shipment or delivery.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).

Delivery Services

  • Depending on the item and location, deliveries may be made via freight carriers, white glove delivery services, or curbside drop-off.

  • Customers will be contacted in advance to schedule a delivery appointment (if required).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery method, size/weight of the furniture, and the delivery address.

Delivery Limitations

  • We currently ship within the United States. Some remote or rural areas may have limited delivery availability or require additional fees.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and suitable for large furniture items.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice damage or missing parts, notify us immediately and note it on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Claims for damages or missing items must be reported to Genesis Furniture within 48 hours of delivery.

Delays

  • While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions may extend delivery times.

  • We will keep you updated in the event of a delay.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Genesis Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following policy applies:

Return Period

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, a refund (less shipping costs) may be issued.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
